Tender Appointment- 26-August-2013

So we had the Tender appointment today and it all went very well. The good part was the site costs. We overestimated everything but i guess its better to do over than under to avoid any nasty surprises. 

At this stage we have paid the 3% deposit to PD.

There cannot be any structual changes after this. 

We did take some upgrades, i will list the main ones here:

1. NBN pack
2. Upgraded height of all the internal doors.
3. Stacker in the living room in lieu of sliding door(upgrade)
4. Big window awnings in the living room inlieu of standard window.

5. And extra couple of windows in the dining  area in lieu of the standard.
6. Exposed driveway
7. Decorative columns on all the pillars.

We were lucky to get some really great promotions:
1. Essastone benchtop in the kitchen and all 5 bathrooms.
2. 39 combinations to choose from basins and tapware.
3. Chatsworth facade for only $1000( notmally $9400).
4. Flooring pack to the whole house.

Deposit-July2013

Yes, as the Title says.. We paid a $1000 deposit in July 2013 to the sales agent who then ordered soil testing and prepared floor plans for us. 

We were then given dates for Tender and Contract appointment. In between these two we have our colour, electricals and tiles appointments.
